Ascorbic Acid Test Kit
The HI3850 Ascorbic acid test kit has been specifically designed for the determination of the content in Vitamin C of beverages and is based on drop-count titration. Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) is used in the food and beverage industry as a supplement in fruit juice, as well as its flavour and preservative qualities.
Kit supplied with:
- 100ml ascorbic acid reagent A;
- 25ml starch indicator;
- 100ml ascorbic acid reagent;
- two calibrated plastic vessels;
- 3ml plastic pipette;
- 1ml plastic pipette;
- graduated plastic test tube with cap.
